Crown Level System
The primary goal of our level system at Crown Salon is to provide a path of growth and achievement for our team members and to offer several options to our guests, meeting their diverse needs when it comes to salon services. Guests are welcome to choose a stylist that compliments their needs from skill set to education and budget.
Associate
Licensed professionals working closely through our companies training program with master and advanced stylists.
Fresh Talent
Stylists that have completed or are transitioning through their associate program and have been working behind the chair with the company up to a year.
Designer Stylist
Proficient in principle-based haircutting and color techniques and have worked with the company over a year.
Advanced Stylist
Proficient in principle-based hair color and cutting, and now through experience are confident to take a more creative approach to their craft and find their own artistic flair to their guests.
Master Stylist
Certified and proficient in two or more skills and modalities of color, cutting and/or finishing. Works closely with an Advanced Master Stylist. They are educating a new apprentice.
Advanced Master Stylist
This is a master stylist that is now training other master stylists while holding a leadership position within the company and working closely with the creative director.
Creative Director
This is or top-tier stylist and takes requests only. These are the most sought after stylist for their experience and skill, they teach advanced education for the company , lead by example and are involved in community events upholding the reputation of Crown Salon.
